YOUR IVY AND FROST GUARANTEE

We take every measure to ensure that our production standards are quality assured. We know that you will love your jewellery and we want you to be happy with your jewellery. Not happy with what you received? Not a problem. You have 60 days to return your item back to us for replacement, exchange or a refund. 

Get in touch with us at hello@ivyandfrost.com and we'll send you instructions on how you can return the item/s back to us. 

 

FAULTY ITEMS RETURNS POLICY

If your items arrive damaged or is not what you had ordered, please email us at hello@ivyandfrost.com within 5 days of receiving your order. 

Items are inspected by Ivy and Frost on an individual case by case basis. Items that have been deemed damaged or faulty will be replaced for you at no extra cost. Replacements will be for the exact item/s originally ordered, or, in the case that these are now out of stock, we will provide you with voucher to purchase another item from us (less the postage cost if applicable).
